Hi, I'm Markus Diamantis, and this is MD Music Lab. Kids under 14 learn piano or trumpet through hands-on lessons that work like a check-up for the musical ear: try an idea, listen to the result, and adjust.
Piano is the heart of MD Music Lab. Trumpet is a smaller program for students who want to try brass.

Straightforward rates for one-on-one lessons.
Ten 30-minute lessons on one card. Tap a circle to punch it.
Think of it as a treatment plan for the musical ear. Every student follows the same simple loop, and only the goals change.
The first visit. Meet Markus, try the instrument, and see if it's a good fit.
Together you pick a goal: a favorite song, a new piece, or just feeling comfortable at the keys.
Each week comes with one small practice challenge to try at home and report back on.
Students play what they've learned for family and friends.
MD Music Lab began when Markus started teaching piano to kids in his neighborhood. It grew into a music school, and the idea behind it stayed the same.
Music is easier to learn when you're allowed to try things, get them wrong, and try again.
Kids under 14 are the whole focus here, so lessons are built around how younger students actually learn: in short bursts, with plenty of playing and not much waiting around.
Parents and guardians: tell us about your student and Markus will follow up to set up a time.
